To create buzz on launch day, we leveraged the magnitude of women, along with our STEM influencers and the women who work at our partner companies to post pictures of their younger selves with a small note on how “If she can STEM, so can you” as well as a CTA message such as “What did you look like when you were 12?” to encourage others to do the same.
Additionally, we asked our female influencers and talent to change their LinkedIn photos to those of their younger selves, prompting a greater conversation.
